MONDAY NIGHT EQUAL POWER 12-21-09

 In this Christmas week Equal Power Santa Claus not only gave us snow on the battlefield but he also gave everybody a shiny new P 51 D to do battle with.  In all 31 pilots braved the cold wintry setting do battle for tonights victory. Most everybody was happy tonight with no complaints except for a couple of old duffers that said the snow blinded them,lol. After they put their sunglasses on they were killing everything they saw.
       The first half started right quick with each side engaging right away and most of the dogfighting going on below 5k ft. This week Stealth was on the GE side along with Air Boss and Temper but that didn't scare the brave SU pilots. Each side fought a hard battle but GE gained the upper hand to finish the half in the lead with a Half Time Score of; GE= 91  and SU= 68.
       In the second half SU was determined to turn it around as they hammered the GE pilots right back to their base,at times almost pinning them. GE fought hard to hang on to their lead never giving up. On the SU side I saw oldracer and a few others with stars as they dogfighted their way towards victory. But alas,victory eluded the brave SU pilots this week with the final score being; GE= 187 to SU=177,a very close match. Great Job GE,Great Game All!
