I want to update everyone on Rave'n Racin. I have been working real hard to get this off the ground and soon we will be starting the races, probably within 2-3 weeks if all goes well. I wanted to post the 4 lap rules before our first round of the circuit so everyone will have a chance to study them. The rules should be pretty much the same thru-out the whole circuit, but may need some minor changes for each different map. We will still be running practice rooms on Saturday's and Sunday's until the Races begin. I think most have caught on pretty quick and I can see that there will be some tough competition when races begin. All points will be recorded and posted after each race. They will be recorded from each round and tallied at the end of the circuit to determine the Grand Champions. I am also going to try to keep track of the times but don't know how that will work out with everything else I will be keeping track of. Check these rules out,Come practice with us(we are only doing 1 lap races for now) and join the fun.

Yes Vipor there are a few places where it's close. The first is after you leave the US base and circle the mountain at AE34,you can get to high as you circle it. The other one is after you go thru the stacks at GB and head for the SU base,at AF30 the ground raises and you only have 50-60 feet between the ground and the 300 ft. ceiling.
We are in the process of making the other 3 maps with each of the other bases being the starting point for each one respectively. Each map will be different, one being the easiest and progressively the others get harder. This US map course might end up being the hardest or second hardest in the circuit. When we have all 4 maps completed we will make the anouncement and start the circuit. Get ready boy's and girls, this is going to be FUN,FUN,FUN.
Hand not steady enough? Stick move around desk? Here's a hint; Duct Tape the stick down so it doesn't move around, lol, worked for me. But of course I can't do anything else on my desk except fly, lol, but that's ok,I don't have any one to b**ch at me for it,lol.

Oh ya Vipor, there is one more spot when you leave the GE stacks and are heading to the GB base,at AI 32 the ground raises again.
In all these places there is a route below the 300 ft. max altitude that must be flown.

Altitude is becoming a mute issue because; A. It slows you down ,  B. You make your route longer and you fall behind the pack
