This week's
Equal Power was more like a demo derby with the cumbersome
P-38L being the featured plane. With a top speed around 320 mph it was surprisingly possible to dogfight,lol,in a slow way. We had a total of
22 brave pilots attend this week to test their skills in this flying milk truck.
As the first half started everyone on the
SU side were alive with joy that SSI was on their side thinking victory was right around the corner. It started out well with
SU wasting no time attacking
GE and pushing them back to their base. But then it all went terribly wrong,something happened to SSI,he wasn't taking off,oh no what do we do. Everyone on
SU was so shaken by his absence they lost the advantage and their aim suddenly was off.
GE saw this weakness and capitalized on it to finish the half ahead by a stunning margin;
GE=74 and
SU=29.
Well we all at
SU licked our wounds and tried waking SSI up for the second half to no avail. As the "Scramble" order was given all were focussed on whether SSI was moving or not and
GE snuck in and took advantage. He finally woke up and came to join us as we pushed
GE back to their base for a pin.
GE fought back hard to keep the lead as
SU kept them near their base and at times pinning them but in the end hung on to victory with a Final Score being;
GE=135 and
SU=96. Great Job
GE, Great Game All! Because
SSI let his m8's down I will show his kills as a mere
7 this week,perhaps his lowest score ever,lol.
Pretty humiliating for him knowing Obama beat him out this week.
