FRIDAY'S BACKYARD BRAWL 3-19-10

      In this week's BackYard Brawl we had a total of 30 pilots touch down on the runways with a steady 12-14 on each of the sides.
       As the first half began I could see the fire in the US pilots eyes as they attacked GB with a vengence and determination to pull off the win this week. It was a fierce battle as each side tried to head off the base attackers before they hit their mark but some made it thru so both sides had smoke,fire and wreckage all over the place. To everyones surprise the first half ended in a tie with a score of US= 94 and GB= 94.
        In the second half GB showed no mercy as they backed the US pilots back to their base. US had a few high flyers that made it thru and tried to pin the GB pilots from taking off but did not have much success. It was a tough battle fought by all right to the end with GB getting the win once again this week. The final score being; GB= 219 to US= 181. Great Job GB, Great Game All!
