I have bookmarked the forums only, since portal sides seldom change it´s content and if, it´s seldom news to me.

However, if I want to browse to the portal-site, a link on the forums or within the bottom ´Jump to´- dropdown menu would be nice.

Or have I overlooked something ?

That makes sense, I might try that, since I can only login on the forums, if I login on the main portal I get logged out when I navigate the forums and have to login again.

That is not a site problem .. check your browser settings .. try making sure you allow session cookies etc.

I have entered the site to my trusted sites 3 times and have allow cookies on, today there was no problem at all signed in once, but somedays it takes me forever and sometimes the site disappears from my trusted site list.  Either way is ok I manage, just have to log in 5-6 times somedays.
