One question that wasn't answered was about the alt limit. There is no way an alt limit could be enforced without the ref going over the film after the game, which would be very time consuming. That is why the ref will be giving the Engage command if a squad continues to run and climb.
There were going to be problems which ever way was taken, and no alt limit seemed to be the best solution.
Should it turn out to be a major problem, the LM has promised to cheerfully refund your entrance fees.
