Since the league is run by the USAAC, maybe the refs could be asked to post the reports on the USAAC forums...

Just a thought.  crazy

Although it might seem that, as a community Forum Manager, I would have a vested interest in only having community forums, I don't think that way. I believe it would be short sighted to deny a good idea just because it might reduce traffic on community sites. As I've said before, the community sites will stand or fall on their own merits. If CLP forums serve the community better then so be it. Only time and the forum users will provide the answer to that. I think there is probably a place for both community and central sites but let it take it's natural course.

Well it has taken its course hasn't it? Discussion in these forums about anything other than the game itself is frowned on and is now almost non existent. With the CLP forums now in full swing it doesn't really make sense to have duplication.

As I have said previously http://usaac.us/forums/index.php/topic,1400.0.html
a community needs to have a soul and this one seems to have died.

Hubba Hubba....... cryin

Is it true that league managers have a high suicide rate? prrr
Oh we forgot about the ANZAAC forums  crazy

If it is posted only in the USAAC forums the brits bitch about it if its posted in the
UK forums the US bitches, Ghost made the CLP LTS forums and asked me to post it there.

I feel like like.. Pop gets up and kicks the trash can across the room icon_twisted
 then takes a big sigh..

Temper is right about the League being run by the US so it should posted here.
I like the CLP forums , just my preference...

If it is posted on the USAAC forums I can put a link in all other forums leading back to here.
If this doesnt blow everyones skirt up I dont know what to tell ya....

I have gotten pm's and looked at some squad sites  that have much better looking
standing tables and read about how it should be done..

Sadly I dont have the web savvy to do this, but I do update it as fast as I can get the results. But I dont feel I should have to run  around the different websites trying to find were the result have been posted..or wait 2 days after before they are posted.

At least the matches are  on time and running well
If anyone else wants to step up and take over as league manager I will gladly step aside..

oh and if we didnt modarate the forums so much and take out everything that might be offensive to someone maybe they would come back to life..

Pop throws papers up in the air  icon_twisted Kicks the dog and looks for chill pills..
AHH found the chill pills biggrin Life is good again....

Hell, Pop, where did you read that someone or anyone was p'd off with you?  confused

You're doing a great job buddy and if anyone says otherwise I will beat the .....out of them.  biggrin

I think what was being said was that the reverees should publish their results in community forums and, since it's a US organized event maybe USAAC should be the primary source of results. But I agree with you; the best place for the results is on the CLP as everyone has to pass through there to get to the game. Game stuff should be on the CLP....community forums are for pictures of naked women and recipes.... icon_twisted with political and religious sections for the intelligentsia.

well done tigers  Cool

i see people asking about the WS vs Thorn Match 2 days later when i posted scores
shortly after the match @ CLP then i posted the scores @ USAAC on the following
Monday. i was told the CLP forums was a help forum so i had no idea to post scores
there but i did post scores @ CLP when i notice on tuesday.

Its a USAAC League & USAAC forums should be used for USAAC league scores is my opinion
the UK communitie did it for there leagues so why change now ? Keep your communitie active
this way. there Already is a link for Match results at the  CLP ? pop you doing a great job & ill
post where ever you want them posted.   Kiss

Peace !

Here's an Idea, lets post the scores in the Korean Forums and have SSI translate them in Korean and have him post the Korean version here.

And yes I was told the CPL forums were help forums also. SO THERE! ninja

Pop, you have and are doing an awesome job for this league, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

Regarding the updates of the league tables, some make a big deal of it and somehow expect them to be updated straight away, relying on the belief that league managers must have no life and spend their whole time online and trawling these forums (i.e. an analogy modelled on them and their rather pathetic lives!). You and I know this not to be true so just ignore the PM's dude and enjoy the sunshine I.e. Tell them to take a running jump

As for forums, it doesn't take much effort to check all 3 although I can understand the sentiment to have them posted on these forums. Besides, I can usually remember the scores from Tigs matches and those are the ones I only care about.
