 someone correct me if IM wrong, But I couldnt find anything about winning a point for
winning total points in a match.

 If a tiebreaker is needed the winner gets the point.
thus BBC 4 GE 5.

 and thats all, or tigers 3, ws 5,   No extra point for total.......

I was under the impression thats how it was scored.
I ask because there seems to be a difference in the reported scores.

Maybe im just ignorent. ???

Scoring will be 1 (one) point per round awarded tot he Last Team Standing for the round. All points won by each team will be added to th e standings table, and at the end of the league, points will be tallied to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ..etc.

So it can end a 4-4 tie, but it's total points that decides the top 3 spots.

Sky has had a rough day lol, I think he will remove the extra point.

There are no ties. If it's 4-4, a tiebreaker round is played, and the score will be 5-4.

Unless I'm as ignorant as Popgun. Wink

OK,

The way I interpret your post there are scoring inconsistancies in the reporting not that they win that match that counts but overall season point total for each round in a match.

So, the way I read it would be,

WS = 5
Tigs = 3
TS = 8

Next match the total rounds won will be added to the last weeks and so forth and so on.

Am I still off the mark?

Then we all screwed,

I think there is no tie, each team are building points each match for total tally, who knows???????????????

I believe we are on the same page now.
no xtra points for winning the match, unless its a tie.
Then the winner gets the point. 5-4

Total team points. wins the league.

I read it to where there is no tie, a match can end 4-4 and those 4 points go to the teams to accumulate all the points thruout the season, total season points dictate placement at end of season.

I believe that is what is writtin.

In the event of both teams each win 4 rounds a 9th round will be flown to determine the winner. Scoring will be 1 (one) point per round awarded tot he Last Team Standing for the round. All points won by each team will be added to th e standings table, and at the end of the league, points will be tallied to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ..etc.

9 rounds played, 9 points awarded. That's how I read it anyway.

As of right now, ( after discussion with the LM )

The tie breaker will be an added point for the winner of the ninth round.
Example from today.

German Eagles- 5 points ( 4 rounds plus tie breaker win! )
BBC 4 points- 4 rounds win

I believe the only point which is unclear right now is ,,,

Does the winning team get a point for winning on non tie breaker scenario?

Example

USHA Wins 5 rounds..
BBC win 3 Rounds
( only regular 8 rounds played )
Would the score then become

USHA 6 points  5 rounds plus 1 point for tie breaker win ( or game win depending on how you view..)
BBC 3 points    3 rounds win

Meaning that there are a total of 9 Points to be had in each match.?

There are 8 points in each match, unless there is a 4-4 tie.

Or unless Sky sez different. Wink

My Appoligize to All,

I am not sure what I was thinking.

The correct scoring will be as follows:

In the event of both teams each win 4 rounds a 9th round will be flown to determine the winner. Scoring will be 1 (one) point per round awarded tot he Last Team Standing for the round. All points won by each team will be added to th e standings table, and at the end of the league, points will be tallied to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ..etc.

What this means is that only 8 points are available for each match unless the score is tied, in that case a 9th round will be flown and the winner of that round will receive a point.

Thank you,
