Don't need an "agenda item" IMHO just to do something that is of no harm and probably of great interest to 'somebody' in the future.
Might need a a clarification of "who" would update such an area.
Might need a 'agenda item' if you wanted to create a special section of the website for that info or have more in depth discussion
