USAAC BOD MEETING
NOVEMBER 7, 2008
AGENDA ITEM 1: TEAM SPEAK MANAGER. SUGGESTED THAT KID AND FIRESTORM MANAGE TEAM SPEAK. KID WAS NOT ABLE TO ATTEND LAST MEETING, SO IT WAS SUGGESTED TO SPEAK WITH KID TO SEE IF HE WANTED TO BE THE TEAM SPEAK MANAGER. FURTHER DISCUSSION IN NEEDED ON THIS ITEM.
AGENDA ITEM 2: TEAM SPEAK 3 IS COMING AND TBAR HAS INFORMATION HE WOULD LIKE TO SHARE. (THIS WAS AGENDA ITEM 4A THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO SPOKEN ABOUT AT THE END OF THE LAST MEETING. MEETING WAS CLOSED BEFORE WE GOT TO IT.)
AGENDA ITEM 3: THE DIRECTOR WAS MAKE A POST FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR A WEBSITE CONTENT COMMITTEE. HAS THE DIRECTOR RECEIVED A VOLUNTEER LIST, IF SO WHO ARE THEY?
AGENDA ITEM 4: FORUMS - ORGANIZATION, CATEGORIES AND SUB FORUMS, ECT. WHO HAS ACCESS, ECT. SUB-ITEM: POSTING RIGHTS, EDITING RIGHTS, ECT. (AGENDA ITEM 6: HELD OVER FROM PREVIOUS MEETING)
AGENDA ITEM 5: WHERE TO POST TEAM SPEAK RULES.
AGENDA ITEM 6: WHAT TO DO IF A PLAYER IS HAVING LAG PROBLEMS DURING LEAGUE PLAY. (REQUESTED BY USHA_TEMPER)
