There being a group of pilots desiring change to the present USAAC structure the Board is requested to recognize the legitmacy of this group. It is further requested that the Board give consideration to appointing a committee consisting of two Board members and two members of the group for the purpose of examining the group's proposal and reporting back to the next meeting.
Discussion of the proposal presently being developed is contained in the Forum topic "If you want change speak up now."
