USAAC BoD Meeting July 13, 2007 10 PM Wash DC time.

PUBLIC NOTICE
USAAC will have its first official meeting July 13 at 10 PM Wash Dc Time. The meeting will be held on USAAC Team Speak. Public is welcome to attend and listen.

Further: This meeting will be informal and mostly 'chat' in order to address the agenda. It is recognized that all parties needed may not be able to attend.

Next public meeting planned (but not confirmed) July 20 10PM Wash DC Time.

Agenda:

Item 1
To self elect each Squad CO and our current US Representative as Temporary Board Members until such time as agreements are made. Purpose: Establish voting privileges and discussion of Gen Proceedings and the Future of USAAC as well as establishing the Board of Directors (or a name for such a body mgmt team)

To propose that each Squad CO appoint a squad 'voice' for USAAC BoD.

Item 2
Set a Session Schedule and discuss the drawing up of some type of "charter" to govern the USAAC. Discuss a 'status' for current governing actions.

Item 3
Confirm current USAAC Staff and/or changes that need to be made.

Item 4
Confirm next USAAC Meeting and time.

You are invited to attend but you will not have 'voice'. This means you cannot speak and be heard unless you have been granted privlage to speak. All USAAC meetings are public. The public can and will have appropriate time to speak, however, you must TEXT message to the room your desire for the floor and the topic or Item you wish to address. You will be given the floor and opportunity at the appropriate time.
