If you're trying to connect a second computer it may previously have had your account name on it when connecting from the Online/Offline screen. That needs to be changed to a different name.

Failing all that there must be someone here in the nation that landed a man on the moon who can help you. Be a shame if you had to depend on Europeans for computer knowledge...
