Equal Power-(Know The Plane)

well as the assistant fun event manager Iwas thinking about a few ideas.
BONZ as we know has been doing a wonderful Job With equal power reffing & posting the finish.
 Joining the event on Monday @ 9:00 pm has been a Blast. Reading the post have been fun.
since  BONZ will know the Plane that will be used the following  week it would be a good idea for him to make a post with the plane that he has picked 4 days before the event, so all the newbies will have a chance to practice with that plane to make there stay here at the event more pleasurable. With this in mind of teaching new pilots in all areas. they can join the practice that's before that event with that plane that was picked that week.

This is just a suggesting on making AA a fun Place for ALL to Enjoy. ACE or ROOKIE. .......

OK the down Falls:
1.-  Pilots read that and say ah  I don't want to fly that.- so you lose some pilots. maybe 2 or 3. if that.
2- its no surprise!!- well its not so-pose to be a surprise. (one day we will have a surprise event) that whole event will be a surprise Event.

I would Like input on this please.

    Well until now I have been picking the plane on Sunday morning sipping on my Pepsi getting my caffiene in me so I can deal with the world. So I have not known what the plane is going to be until the day before until now. If you want that changed poll the rest and let me know.

Believe me this guy is not lol----- hes saying more then you know................

i been trying my best in here working my blank off..i ask a simple thing over 20 people stopped by and not 1 bit of input.


I thought the Main Idea of these forums were to help along with the game here.

I see more input on things that has nothing to do with the game in any way  shape or form  then the game its self.
that's cool but not when this happens.
were loosing the idea of these forms M8s.

Well Farkas and Bonz let me say you guys are doing a great job with the fun events. As for picking the plane for equal power, well I would say leave it like it is. I enjoy popping in and seeing what plane we get to fly thats the fun and challenge of the game.

So keep up the good work and I really appreciate all the work you guys put into this to provide a lot of fun for many.

Slow down and take a deep breath, Farkas Slayer is right; you're all doing a great job but you gotta know these jobs can often seem kinda thankless. Most of the players just want to come in to the game and have fun and don't take too much interest in the running of it until they feel like having a bitch about something.

I don't think it will make much difference whether the plane is known in advance. Some might like to know; others, like Slayer, want to be surprised. You don't need everyone's prior approval before you change things as you see fit. I'd say you guys have the ball; run with it. You know by now that, if something isn't popular they'll let you know soon enough.

Believe me, those of you who run these events are appreciated but getting folks to write something in here is like pulling teeth. I suspect a lot of them don't know how to write.

Keep the secret about the plane untill event starts........it's much better and funny without knowing what are you going to fly next week.

What i am doing here @ air-attack is for the reasons of i really enjoy what i am doing.(not looking for acknowledgement.)
but that is always nice.
.the nice part of helping here @ air-attack is there are so many nice people here who are always willing to help and give support all the time.(so it makes it a lot easier).

So my post above i was just trying to get input on a area, change what needs changing  if anything  and move on to something else.(so yes i do like reply's promptly.)

So its looks like EP will stay the same for the time being. -A surprise plane.

I haven't had a chance yet to actually fly in any of these, but I'd like it to be a surprise as well.  The closer to the event that the plane is released will give it a more effective "equal power", imho.
